Matilda deploys ‘The Pod’ at Soulfest and Tring Summer Fayre Review
It has been great fun to travel to shows in the recent good weather. Here are a couple of shows that are local to us and we wanted to share our enjoyment of these and to encourage local readers to place them on the calender for next year.
Soulfest; It was a chilled and happy crowd that relaxed in the sunny meadow at Millenium Park, Soulbury. We employed our canopy instead of Matilda and this proved a cleaver plan on a very hot day. Many thanks to our hosts and we’ll see you next year. We thoroughly recommend this for all age groups with a fine balance of popular live music, pop-up food stalls and activities for younger children. See you next year.
Tring Summer Fayre: This is a very big event for the village of Tring. We guess 2-3 thousand attendance with many things to look at, to buy or to participate in. Also there was a huge live band/beer marquee for the evening crowd. The Fayre takes off with the arrival of the street parade who are followed by throngs of locals. Top marks to the organisers!
