Special high grown (1200-1500MASL) maragogype is first and foremost a delicious tasting coffee! Well balanced, nutty with a fruity acidity: we found this an extremely enjoyable cup.
Secondly, one can not help but notice the super sized beans. This is a unique characteristic of the maragogype varietal that originates from Brazil and was subsequently introduced to Nicaragua.
