We have bean lucky to have just 25 kilos of this extraordinary coffee. Directly purchased from the farm of Ben Weiner in Nacaragua, this giant bean nanolot is a delicate, perfectly balanced coffee, with notes of sweet fruit and candy, having gone through 100 hours of fermentation in wild tropical pears.
We’ve roasted medium strength, to balance coffee extraction without compromising delicate flavours.
